Mardi Gras 2012

Mardi Gras 2012 went off without a hitch. It was of course another great time! I look forward to this event each year....it has really become an unofficial family reunion of my extended family and my "mardi gras" family.  This year I was sad because one of our Mardi Gras family could not come, because she was pregnant, but I am looking forward to seeing her and baby Graham next year!  We got to attend two balls this year. My student, Betsy, was queen of the ball that takes place on Saturday night. So I was able to get tickets for us and we were able to go and see her.
