After the run, we hung out at the cabin....I went fishing for the first time ever, and we also grilled out and had a bon fire down by the lake....it was a great weekend! Here are some pictures!

Russell Forest Run 10K Lake Martin
This weekend, Will, Caroline, Eleanor and I headed up to the lake house on lake Martin for a weekend of R and R and for Caroline and I to run the Russell Forest 10K. It was a cold and windy run on Saturday morning, but I ended up placing 3rd in my age category, and met my goal of finishing in under an hour. Caroline did great as well for her 1st long race, finishing in just under an hour and half. It was a great run, and was very beautiful...I do have to say though there were ALOT of hills!

Of course a picture of Caroline stoking the fire! Were there any shampoo bottles or soccer balls in there Sunday morning?
